If your boat is lying locally you should make a set of hatch keys available to us, as we will, as far as practicable, accompany all viewers. Those we can't be with will be introduced to the Harbour Master or whoever holds the keys.

Commission Rates

This professional listing service is available at a cost of £300+VAT per listing (paid in advance now) plus our commission at the end. The rate of commission to be paid by the Owner to the Broker shall be 6% of the total price paid by the purchaser for the vessel. (Subject to a minimum of £1,500).

EU TAX is chargeable on the commission at the current rate applicable where the boat is sold. The Broker shall, in addition and where applicable, be entitled to charge and recover VAT on any commission earned at the rate then prevailing in the relevant territory.
